We provide automated workflow services, content generation, and social media management through integrations with third-party APIs including Google, Meta, OpenAI, and other platforms. Our mission is to help businesses save time and improve efficiency through intelligent automation.
These Terms of Service govern your use of Blumize's platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
3. Service Description
Blumize provides workflow automation and content management services by connecting to third-party APIs and platforms. Our services include:
- Automated content creation and posting to social media platforms
- Integration with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and other Google services
- Integration with Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- AI-powered content generation using OpenAI and similar services
- Custom workflow automation tailored to your business needs
Important: Blumize acts as an intermediary service. We do not own, store, or control the data on third-party platforms. All data remains on the respective third-party services (Google, Meta, etc.) and is subject to their terms and policies.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of Blumize, you agree to:
- Maintain compliance with the terms of service of all third-party platforms you connect
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information during onboarding and account setup
- Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
- Not use our services to create, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions for any content processed through our services
You are solely responsible for your use of third-party services and any content created or distributed through our platform.
5. Credentials and Security Disclaimer
We prioritize your security:
- No Password Storage: Blumize does not store or access your passwords directly. All integrations use secure OAuth authentication or encrypted API tokens provided by third-party services.
- Encrypted Connections: All API connections are encrypted and handled through secure third-party authentication systems.
- Limited Access: We only request the minimum permissions necessary to perform the automation services you've requested.
- Third-Party Security: Authentication tokens are managed by the respective third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) and are subject to their security protocols.
Disclaimer: While we implement industry-standard security measures, Blumize assumes no liability for data breaches, unauthorized access, or security incidents that occur on third-party platforms. You acknowledge that the security of your data on third-party services is governed by their respective security policies and practices.
6. Data and Privacy
Blumize is committed to protecting your privacy:
- We only process data necessary to provide automation services
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
- We use Firebase for secure user authentication and data management
- We retain data only as long as necessary to provide services or as required by law
- You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blumize and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Service interruptions or downtime caused by third-party API outages or maintenance
- Loss of data, content, or revenue resulting from third-party platform issues
- Errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in automated content generation
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data on third-party platforms
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Actions taken by third-party platforms including account suspensions or terminations
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Blumize in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You acknowledge that automation services depend on the availability and functionality of third-party APIs and platforms, which are beyond our control.
8. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to content you create or provide. By using our services, you grant Blumize a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing automation services.
Generated Content: Content generated through AI services (such as OpenAI) is subject to the terms of the respective AI provider. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with their usage policies.
Blumize Platform: All rights, title, and interest in the Blumize platform, including software, workflows, designs, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Blumize. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform.
9. Payment and Subscriptions
Pricing Structure:
- Setup Fee: A one-time fee for initial workflow design, implementation, and testing
- Monthly Subscription: Recurring fee for ongoing maintenance, support, and updates
Payment Terms:
- Setup fees are due after workflow completion and your approval
- Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
Refunds: Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Monthly subscription fees may be refunded on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of billing if services have not been utilized.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
10. Termination
Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to services will cease at the end of your current billing period.
Termination by Blumize: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Your account remains inactive for an extended period
- Payment obligations are not met
- Your use of services poses a security risk or violates third-party terms
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the platform will be discontinued. We will retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services:
- Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes informally
- Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation
- Arbitration: Any unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
- Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of courts located in Montana for any legal proceedings
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
12. Changes to Terms
Blumize reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- We will notify you via email or through a notice on our platform
- Significant changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
- Your continued use of services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms
